I found it hard to understand what it took to be healthy and happy. Fulfillment and happiness can still be very subjective. However, the scientific community has made remarkable progress in attempting to understand health.

I am in firm agreement with the above statement by Richard Feynman. Let me be the first to acknowledge that I am not an expert and have my flaws and weaknesses. This is why I do my due diligence to look at the research that have been conducted before taking actions.
Frustrated by the ocean of information with contradicting statements, I found myself lost. Having a science background, the rational and empirical (sensible and evidence based on data) approach to health and wellness made sense to me. Making use of this approach helped me and the people I associated with greatly.
